Refund Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

No return or exchanges will be accepted on the following items: Any Pure silk , Kids Dresses, Lehenga, Half Saree, Jewelry, and Undergarments (Blouse & Shapewear).

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt of the items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly. We'd strongly suggest you take a video of the defective part when an issue is found after opening the package. While we make sure the product is in the best shape before shipping, if there is a defect that happened from our end, we'll strive our best to make it right by accepting returns or exchanges.
*Note: Some inconsistencies and characteristics of handwoven/sewn products are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: A request to return is required to make the return. Any items received in advance of a return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, A refund on your original payment method for the cost of the product (minus he return shopping cost) will be automatically issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges will be made free of charge for damages and issues.
